When the levels of LPHN1 (200), LPHN2 (100), and LPHN3 (200) were dichotomized at their median H-scores, there were no significant differences in the clinicopathologic features of the patients, such as preoperative prostate-specific antigen (PSA), tumor grade, pT or pN staging category, and surgical margin status, between the two groups, except in significantly older age associated with high LPHN2 (Supplementary Table S2). The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is neoplasm.
