PLXNA3 and Alzheimer disease: The results demonstrated that expressions of LEP, PLXNA3, HLA-E, DDX58, IKBKE, VCAM1, HSPA6, SOS2, and HSPA1A were similarly upregulated in AD tissues (Figure S1B), and ROC curve analysis on this validation dataset further corroborated their high diagnostic values for AD (Figure S1C).
