SRSF4 and neoplasm: Specifically, when comparing the expression levels of the splicing machinery components analyzed between the tumor sample and control tissues (Figure 1B), we found a significant downregulation in TRA2B, TIA1, SRSF4 (with a p-value < 0.05), SRSF9, TRA2A (with a p-value < 0.01), ESRP1, NOVA1 (with a p-value < 0.001), and SRSF5, ESRP2, RBM10, and RBM3 (with a p-value < 0.0001).
