As seen here, among the upregulated genes, eight genes (MAOB, GCLC, HYOU1, PLA2G12A, YRDC, CA3, DNAJC3, and GADD45A) involved in hepatotoxicity pathway, four genes (SKIL, FAM214A, NUS1, and DDX39A) in necrosis, one each in hepatocarcinogenicity (CDKN1A), cholestasis (ABCC2) and phospholipidosis (WIPI1). The gene discussed is CA3; the disease is lysosomal storage disease.
