We screened a series of potential prognostic factors for colon cancer through the UALCAN database and found that CFAP65 is a strong prognostic factor because patients with high expression of CFAP65 have significantly poorer prognosis in both overall survival and disease-free survival compared to patients with low expression of CFAP65 according to the TCGA database (Fig. 1).
