TUSC3 and cervical carcinoma: In recent years, TUSC3 is considered a potential target for the treatment and diagnosis of different cancers; e.g. cervical cancer treatment, hepatocellular carcinoma where its downregulation could be a good biomarker for diagnosis [26], colorectal cancer where methylation of TUSC3 is suggested as a potential marker in peripheral blood cells [27], as well as in non-small lung cancer and gastric cancer [28].
