PRDM6 and neoplasm: To assess the potential mechanistic implications of the observed changes in gene expression and chromatin accessibility between PRDM6 and EV NES cells, we analyzed all genomic regions with differential accessibility for known transcription factor binding motifs via HOMER. This analysis revealed significant enrichment of binding motifs for transcription factors known to be involved in the regulation of genome organization, development, cell fate, and tumor suppression (Table S2).
