The proliferation capacity was correlated with high IGF2BP3 expression in tumor tissues (r = 0.25, P < 0.05; Fig. 4H,I). When subcutaneously transplanted into nude mice, the growth of HuH-7 cells with IGF2BP3 overexpression was markedly enhanced compared to control cells (Fig. 4J).
