The co-transfection of miR-19a-3p mimic largely rescued the migration and invasion abilities, while the effect of miR-19a-3p mimic was abolished by CADM2 expression (Fig 3D and 3E) These data imply that circHIAT1/miR-19a-3p axis modulates cell migration and invasion by regulating EMT in BC cells through targeting CADM2.
