IGF1, GLI2, MIR200A, ITGA8, and NTRK3 levels were lower in subgroup A than in subgroup B. Conversely, the other genes were highly expressed in subgroup A. Given their correlation with overall survival, these DEGs may encode pivotal molecules that significantly influence the prognosis of patients with CESC. The gene discussed is MIR200A; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
