In the GWAS from the FinnGen study, IVW results showed that increases FGF5 levels were associated with an increased risk of AF and were no evidence of pleiotropy (OR: 1.11; 95% CI: 1.07–1.16; P < 0.001; P_intercept = 0.15; P_mr−presso = 0.20). This evidence concerns the gene FGF5 and atrial fibrillation.
