To understand how TAZ influences cervical cancer, we focused upon TOGARAM2 (a.k.a. FAM179A) for further analysis, as RNA-sequencing data indicated that it was significantly repressed in TAZ KD cells compared with negative control (A1; LogFC = − 4.04, adjusted P-value = 0.0000697. The gene discussed is TOGARAM2; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
