A correlation analysis showed that the number of tumor-infiltrating Treg cells was lower in the ICC patients with an FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement (P < .001; Table 2; Figure 3B, 3C), but there was no difference in the number of infiltrating CD8+ T cells (P = .821; Table 2; Figure 3D, 3E). This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and neoplasm.
