A K-M analysis showed that ICC patients for whom Tregs were highly infiltrated into cancer tissue (OS: P = .002, Figure 3F; RFS: P = .043, Figure 3G) were associated with poor OS and RFS; however, CD8+ T-cell infiltration was not correlated with prognosis (OS: P = .259, Figure 3H; RFS: P = .169, Figure 3I).
