In this study, we observed that the proteinexpression levels of Shh, Smo, Gli1, and Gli2 were increased in 786-O and ACHN tumorspheres under CS treatment, and suppressed the ability of tumor sphere formation.The expression levels of CSCs markers were decreased after the administration of SHHsignaling pathway inhibitor Vismodegib.
