HNRNPA2B1 and colorectal cancer: Liu et al.50 found that MIR100HG interacted with Hnrnpa2b1 to maintain TCF7L2 mRNA stability, then, TCF7L2 enhanced the activity of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, and promoted epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and the invasion of colorectal cancer.
