JUN and cancer: In conclusion, based on previously reported results, Puerarin, Daidzin, Daidzein, Schisantherin A and Schisandrin B are involved in the regulation of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, the MAPK signaling pathway and the Pathway in cancer, thus acting on the AKT1, TNF, EGFR, JUN, HSP90AA1 and STAT3, and indirectly regulate the expression of metabolites and related genes such as Glutathione, Glutamine, Dihydroorotate and Arginine (Li et al., 2014; Leong et al., 2016; Liao et al., 2016; Li S L et al., 2021).
