SNRPB and systemic lupus erythematosus: Auto-antibodies specific for various proteins of the U1-/U-snRNP complexes, including U1-snRNP-A, C and 68/70 as well as the Sm proteins B/B’, D1, D2, D3, E, F, and G, which form a ring around all U-snRNPs, are present in 20–40% of systemic lupus erythematosus patients (Dema & Charles, 2016).
