Polyreactive IgG correlated with the total amount of IgG in children with AIH (Spearman’s rank-correlation coefficient (SR) = 0.489, p < 0.001, n = 53) and the sensitivity of anti-HIP1R/BSA was lower in children with normal IgG (42.9%, n = 7) compared to those with elevated total IgG (84.8%, n = 46) (p = 0.027) (Fig. 2c). This evidence concerns the gene HIP1R and autoimmune hepatitis.
