PPP2R2B and breast cancer: Interestingly, ChIP assay results revealed that H3K9me3 was highly enriched in the promoter region of PPP2R2B compared with H3K27me3 and a negative control, and the enrichment in BC cells were higher than SV-HUC-1, indicating a key role for H3K9me3 in PPP2R2B expression regulation (Fig. 8B, Fig. S10A).
