To investigate the effect of LIMK1 on the migration and invasion ability of cervical cancer cells, the results of cell scratch assay showed that at 48 h, the scratch spacing between SiHa cells and CaSki cells in the LIMK1-OE group was significantly lower than that of the NC group, and the spacing between SiHa cells and CaSki cells in the LIMK1-KD group was significantly higher than that of the NC group (Figure 3). The gene discussed is LIMK1; the disease is cervical cancer.
