After the addition of NAC and Saracatinib to the NC and LIMK1-OE groups, respectively, OD values were significantly reduced and significant differences were eliminated in both NC and LIMK1-OE groups, indicating that the activation of LIMK1-induced ROS and p-Src is an early event promoting the proliferation of cervical cancer cells (Figure 7D).
