After the addition of NAC and Saracatinib to the NC and LIMK1-OE groups, respectively, the number of migrating and invading cells was significantly reduced and the significant difference was eliminated in both the NC and LIMK1-OE groups, indicating that the activation of LIMK1-induced ROS and p-Src is an early event promoting the invasion of cervical cancer cells (Figure 7C). This evidence concerns the gene LIMK1 and cervical cancer.
