The results indicate also, as in the litterature15,18, that CD10 and EGFR are related with the degree of malignancy, in fact, CD 10 was found to be twice overexpressed in sarcomas than in borderline phyllodes tumors, while EGFR was exclusively overexpressed in sarcoma type phyllodes tumors, in addition, it has been showed that the expression of CD10 can be used to predict the occurrence of distant metastasis in phyllodes tumors of the breast19. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and phyllodes tumor.
