The novelty of this study relates to the correlation between these parameters(Malat1, IL-1β, andVitD) in the peripheral blood of patients with IS during the first 24 hours afterstroke.Understanding the strong correlation between VitD and various cytokines or lncRNAsproducedduring a stroke may be important for the medical management of stroke severity inpatients andwill provide the information about attenuation of ischemic damage, especially itsanti-inflammatory role. This evidence concerns the gene MALAT1 and stroke disorder.
