The p53 protein isa tumor suppressorprotein1−3 that plays acrucial role in regulating cell growth4,5 and haltingthe propagation of cancer.6−8 Many of p53’s domains arewell studied,9−11 specific regions are enigmatic due to their intrinsicdisorder.12 These unstructured regionscan be classified into four distinct regions; the trans-activationaldomain 1, TAD1(1–14), the proline-rich domain PRD(51–96), the pretetramerization loop, PTL(281–325), and the regulatory domain, REG(350–393).
