Notably, at the respective termination time points, tumor weights were comparable for control CT26 tumors in BALB/c mice and immunodeficient mice but significantly lower for CT26-shv0a1 tumors in BALB/c mice than in immunodeficient mice, showing that Atp6v0a1 interference exhibits greater efficacy in suppressing the growth of CT26 tumors in immunocompetent mice than in immunodeficient mice (Supplementary Fig. 7B–D).
