AKT1 and cancer: The SNVs of MTF_22T are located in genes encoding proteins involved in cancer‐related signaling pathways such as the regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway, Ras signaling pathway, and PI3K‐Akt signaling pathway, while the SNVs of MTF_23T are also found in genes related to similar signaling pathways such as Ras protein signal transduction and the PI3K‐Akt signaling pathway, and MTF_43T to protein tyrosine phosphatase activity, cadherin binding, and phosphoprotein phosphatase activity (Figure S3).
