In summary, the comparative analysis of top altered pathways upon manipulation of GNA13 expression in four different breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, T47D, MDA-MB-231 and SKBR3) indicated that Gα13 regulation of MYC signaling, particularly ribosomal biogenesis is unique to ER+ cell (Fig. S2C, highlighted in red). Here, GNA13 is linked to breast carcinoma.
