CD34 and acute myeloid leukemia: Through analyzing the prognostic value of LFMRS together with other common prognostic factors (age, gender, WBC counter, cytogenetics risk, CD34 expression, the percentage of blast cell and BM blast cell, FLT3 mutation, and NPM1 mutation), we found that age, cytogenetic risk and LFMRS were associated with prognosis of patients with AML (Fig. S3A).
