The role of miRNAs extends to complex regulatory networks of RT sensitivity, as predicted for autophagy-related miRNAs (miR-205-5p, miR-26a-1-3p, miR-6510-3p, miR-194-3p, miR-215-5p, miR-375-3p, miR-194-3p, miR-215-5p, and miR-375-3p) and miRNA–circular RNA (miR-194-3p/SESN3, miR-205-5p/ELAPOR1, and miR-26a-1-3p/SNCA) in patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer treated with RT. This evidence concerns the gene SNCA and lung cancer.
