Against these anxiety‐like behavioural alterations, significant mitigating effects, that is, recoveries from both attenuated percentage of entries into open arms and attenuated percentage of time spent on open arms, were observed in the NC, IM, and NC‐IM groups cotreated with the HDAC inhibitor SB (50–200 mg/kg) or VA (200–400 mg/kg), the CB1 agonist AC (0.2–1 mg/kg), or the TRPV1 antagonist CZ (1–5 mg/kg) (Figure 1A–D and Table S1A‐D).
