GPX4 and neoplasm: Moreover, the results of immunofluorescence sections of tumors showed that D‐Lycosin‐I could downregulate the expression of GPX4 (Figure 6e) and upregulate the expression of Cleaved‐Caspase‐3 (Figure 6f), suggesting that D‐Lycosin‐I could induce ferroptosis and apoptosis of tumor cells in vivo.
