In recent years, it has been documented that the PI3K‐AKT‐mTOR signaling pathway is highly active in CML, and its abnormal activation contributes to multidrug resistance in CML.[42, 43, 44] Our results show that Lycosin‐I induces apoptosis, cell cycle arrest and ferroptosis in K562 cells by suppressing the PI3K‐AKT‐mTOR signaling pathway. Here, MTOR is linked to chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
