Lang, Wu, and Liu have evaluated and compared the incremental CUR (ICUR), a tool used to determine the cost of a treatment per quality-adjusted life years, between T-DXd and neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with HER2-low BC: they found that the ICUR of T-DXd was $346,571.8/QALY whereas chemotherapy, which is not particularly effective in HER2-low BC, had an ICUR of $337,789.4/QALY. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast cancer.
