The characteristics of ICI‐related sclerosing cholangitis include dilation of the extrahepatic bile ducts without obstruction, diffuse hypertrophy of the extrahepatic bile ducts and/or multiple strictures of the intrahepatic bile ducts, elevated hepatobiliary enzymes with a predominant biliary system and normal values for ANA, AMA, and IgG4.6, 7.
