NUCLEOLIN and neoplasm: Figures 8C, D respectively show the communication counts of tumor cells (FEN1-high) and tumor cells (FEN1-low) with adjacent cells. Supplementary Figures 10B, C display the communication weights of tumor cells (FEN1-high) and tumor cells (FEN1-low), respectively. Additionally, the exploration of interacting pairs in cell communication revealed that tumor cells primarily interact with other cells via the MIF-(CD74+CXCR4) axis; conversely, other cells predominantly communicate with tumor cells through the PTN-NCL axis (Figures 8E, F).
