The mean levels of serum TSH (6.96±2.68 μIU/L, p<0.001) and anti-TPO antibodies (53.31±81.32 IU/ml, p=0.001) were significantly higher in patients with SCH compared to healthy control participants, as well as the HoloTC levels (41.93±19.42 pmol/l, p=0.021) were significantly lower in patients with SCH compared to healthy control participants. This evidence concerns the gene TPO and spindle cell hemangioma.
