IL6 and gastric ulcer: Rh4 increased the levels of SOD, glutathione (GSH), and nitric oxide (NO) and decreased the levels of MDA, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6), and interleukin1β (IL-1β) in ethanol-induced gastric ulcer model rat, which inhibited the inflammation and oxidative stress by blocking the MAPK/NF-κB pathway [39].
