Additionally, a correlation was observed between the CRG score and infiltration of CD8 + T cells, naïve CD4 + T cells, activated memory CD4 + T cells, resting NK cells, M0 macrophages, and activated dendritic cells; however, only the correlation with CD8 + T cells was validated by the immune score (Fig. 5C), suggesting that the CRG score may be more closely related to immune cell infiltration in gliomas than the immune score.
