NLRP3 and diabetic cardiomyopathy: In this study, we found that miR-223-3p, as a regulator of the pyroptosis molecule NLRP3, is downregulated in the myocardium of diabetic cardiomyopathy mice, but significantly increased after MSC treatment, thereby reducing the protein levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1, GSDMD, and IL-1β.
