An array of immunohistochemistry staining, including caudal type homeobox 2 (CDX2), cytokeratin 7 (CK7), cytokeratin 20 (CK20), Ki67 as well as antigen presenting molecule HLA-ABC, all showed similar staining patterns in the patient tumor tissue and matched PDO as shown in Fig. 1D. In conclusion, these data demonstrated that the PDO recapitulated the histological and genetic features of the original tumor tissues. The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is neoplasm.
