CXCR4 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Guo et al.(Jang et al., 2019) demonstrated that cordycepin inhibited the activation and nuclear translocation of p65 by down-regulating the phosphorylation of NF-κB inhibitor α (IκBα), which subsequently downregulated CXCR4 and inhibited the migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro.
