To explore the potential correlation between cholestasis and colorectal cancer liver metastasis, we screened the computed tomography of 30 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM) and classified them as non-cholestatic and cholestatic according to serum level of total bile acids (TBA), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), alkaline phosphatase (ALK), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST). Here, ALK is linked to cholestasis.
