This observation is supported by a work of Schmidkonz et al. who could show the utility of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT-derived quantitative volumetric tumor parameters for classification and determination of response to therapy of bone metastases in comparison with fully diagnostic conventional CT in patients with metastasized prostate cancer 24. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
