GNRH1 and cancer: Then, the functional enrichment analysis of differential metabolites between the two groups showed that the upregulated differential metabolites were mainly enriched in glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism and cysteine and methionine metabolism, while the downregulated differential metabolites were mainly enriched in pancreatic cancer, GnRH signaling pathway, Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis, phospholipase D signaling pathway, choline metabolism in cancer, fat digestion and absorption, and cancer pathways (Figure 4C).
