NLRP3 and inclusion body myositis: Lastly, unbiased coexpression analysis demonstrating that genes with strongest inverse correlation with NLRP3 level were mostly related to the mitochondria, immunohistochemical studies demonstrating abnormal p-S65-Ub aggregates in fibers with increased NLRP3 immunoreactivity, and the correlation between the p-S65-Ub level and the NLRP3 level support that these pathways are functionally related in IBM.
