Thus, tumor volumes in wild type mice were 2.42‐fold (day‐6; p = 0.000003 Student's t‐test) and 6.25‐fold (day‐12; p = 0.000012, Student's t‐test) higher than in Tm4sf1‐heterozygous mice; similar results were obtained in both male and female mice (Figure 1A).
