JAK2 and hematoma: Immunofluorescence tests showed significantly higher fluorescence intensity of JAK2 and STAT3 in the blood 10 μL group on day 7 compared to the control and STAT3‐IN‐12 groups (P < 0.001), suggesting the activation of the JAK‐STAT signaling pathway after hematoma in the mPFC (Figure 6I; Figure S7D, Supporting Information).
