We employed the in situ mapping of RNA-genome interactome (iMARGI) methodology [17, 18] for genome-scale profiling of chromatin-associated RNAs (caRNAs) in MV4-11 cells, a representative human AML cell line carrying Flt3-ITD and MLL-AF4, among the most common oncogenes in adult and pediatric leukemias, respectively. The gene discussed is AFF1; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
