Intriguingly, the EVs secreted by invasive tumoroids (3D d10‐d14) contained several unique proteins promoting tumour growth and invasion, for example, SLC4A7, SLC12A2, FABP5, PRDX1, CD59 and CD73 (Figure 5c–e), showing that specific oncogenic signals are loaded in EVs upon invasion.
