Therefore, to investigate the potential biological mechanisms of MAP2K3 in glioma, we explored the functions of MAP2K3 molecules in various cancer-related signaling pathways in the TCGA cohort by GSVA gene enrichment analysis, which showed that several signaling pathways related to immune response and inflammation were significantly activated in gliomas with high MAP2K3 expression levels. Here, MAP2K3 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
