We discovered that the group with high MAP2K3 expression was primarily related to “autoimmune thyroid disease,” “IgA-producing intestinal immune network,” “systemic lupus erythematosus,” and “antigen processing and presentation.” The MAP2K3 expression group was mainly associated with “autoimmune thyroid disease,” “IgA producing intestinal immune network,” “systemic lupus erythematosus,” “antigen processing and presentation” and other processes related to immune response (Figure 5B). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is autoimmune thyroid disease.
