In addition, we observed a large number of co-occurrence of tumor-associated genes in these genes; such as NF1 and TTN, PTEN; FUBP1 and IDH1, CIC; EGFR and TTN, PTEN; PTEN and TTN; CIC and IDH1; ATRX and IDH1, TP53; TP53 and IDH1, which may indicate that these genes are interdependent or synergistic and have important roles in tumorigenesis and development (Figure 6E). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
