The results showed that under the same stimulation condition, the ROS level of hepatocellular carcinoma cells was significantly reduced after inhibiting Keap1 expression, suggesting that the high expression of Keap1 may promote oxidative stress of hepatocellular carcinoma cells (Figure 2D) (Supplementary Table S3: S4).
