In the present study, we found that inflammatory pathway factors p65NF-κB and IL-6 were highly expressed in MPO-AAV rat, and anti-FKN could reverse the expression of these factor, suggesting that FKN may be involved in the pathogenesis of MPO-AAV-associated glomerulonephritis through the modulation of related inflammatory signalling pathways, such as the NF-κB signalling pathway. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is glomerulonephritis.
